Q. Isn't a physical exam needed to
determine if I should receive these medications?
A. If you have had a physical exam recently and consider
yourself healthy, you do not necessarily require another physical exam in order
for you to obtain the medications we offer. Thousands of psychiatrists and
general practitioners throughout the US are prescribing certain medications
after only reviewing the patient’s medical history, without a physical exam. The
medical factors that would prohibit a physician from prescribing these
medications are discoverable through a review of the patient's medical history.
There is no reason to suggest that an in-person review of this history is any
more relevant than an online consultation.
Q. How long will it take to receive my
order?
A. Once the doctor has approved your prescription, the
pharmacy will ship your order within 1 business day. All orders are trackable
online. When we ship an order, you can follow its way to you. We use Fedex to deliver your meds by 3pm the next business day. Orders received at the weekend are processed Monday. You can choose to have your meds delivered on a Saturday too if it's more convenient for you.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. 365-pharmacy.com accepts American Express, Discover/Nova,
MasterCard and Visa.
Q. Can I order by phone or fax?
A. No, 365-pharmacy.com only accepts orders through its secure
server on the Internet. Our low prices are due in part to a highly streamlined,
automated order process.
Q. How much do you charge for a doctors
consultation to write a prescription?
A. There is no charge for the doctor's consultation on all of
our drugs. All you pay for is the pills and shipping.
Q. Where Do You Ship?
A. We ship our pills to the US, but not Nevada.
Q. Can I order larger quantities of the
medications listed?
A. We only ship the medications in the quantity listed.
Q. How will the order be packaged when it
arrives?
A. All packages are shipped in plain packaging to protect your
privacy.
Q. I am very impressed with your prices
and service. How do I re-order?
A. You can re-order using the same order form on our site.
From time to time, we make special discounted refills available to previous
customers and we will email you details when your refill is due. We also prepare a preferred customer order page for you with any discounts and special offers. To view your preferred customer page, click here and enter your original order number in the returning customers box.
Q. How do I know that this is legitimate?
A. Your item(s) are shipped directly from a licensed pharmacy
to you, after a doctor evaluates your need for the item and writes a
prescription to be filled in our affiliated pharmacy. We have hundreds of
thousands of satisfied customers nationwide. If you are still unsure, choose our new C.O.D payment option and pay the driver on delivery using either a certified bank check or money order.
